Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 August 2026

Welcome to Bunny & Bear Resells. These terms set out the basis on which we offer our plush for sale. Please read them before placing an order. These pages explain the shop’s practices and do not reduce any of your statutory consumer rights.

1. Who we are

Bunny & Bear Resells is an independent UK reseller of pre-loved and new-with-tags plush. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised partner of Jellycat London, and we do not represent any brand. To contact us, email luke.p.langley3@gmail.com.

2. Products and condition

Each listing describes the item as accurately as we can, including its stated condition, such as “new with tags” or “like new”. Because items are individually sourced and pre-loved, small cosmetic differences from new shop stock may be present. Photographs and descriptions form part of the listing; please read them before ordering.

3. Availability and pricing

Items are offered subject to availability and to remaining unsold. As a small reseller holding single pieces, an item may no longer be available if it has already sold. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable UK tax shown at checkout. We aim to keep prices and details correct and may correct an obvious error before accepting an order.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Please provide accurate delivery and contact details at checkout so we can fulfil your order.
  • Check your order confirmation and let us know promptly if anything looks incorrect.
  • Treat pre-loved items in line with their stated condition and any care notes in the listing.

5. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch it. Payment is taken securely at checkout through the payment provider you choose; Bunny & Bear Resells does not receive or store your full card details. If an item is no longer available, we will let you know and no payment should be held against that item.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with in the UK courts, without affecting any stronger consumer rights you may have under UK consumer law.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law, and nothing here is intended to override your statutory rights. If an order cannot be fulfilled, our aim is to make things right by contacting you and, where appropriate, refunding the item price.

These policies explain the shop’s practices. They are provided in good faith and do not reduce any statutory consumer rights you may have under UK law.

8. Contact

For any question about these terms, please contact luke.p.langley3@gmail.com.
