We do not collect or store your full card number, card verification codes, or bank account details; payment is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout.

• To process, pack and dispatch your order.
• To confirm your order and provide customer support if anything goes wrong in transit.
• To respond to your questions about products, returns or delivery.
• To keep a simple record of past orders so we can help with repeat orders and queries.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only where it is needed to complete your order. Your payment is processed by the payment provider, which receives the details required to take and verify your payment securely. A postal or parcel service receives the delivery details it needs to deliver your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and keep it limited to what we need to run the shop. Because payments are handled by the payment provider, card data does not pass through or sit with Bunny & Bear Resells. We keep order records only for as long as needed to provide support, handle returns where applicable, and meet reasonable record-keeping needs.
